That means we handle marketing your property, arranging viewings, conducting thorough tenant checks, preparing the tenancy agreement, collecting rent, and managing repairs and inspections. We also look after all the legal essentials, including gas safety certificates, EPCs and deposit protection. Your deposit is placed into a government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme within 30 days of you paying it. You’ll receive a deposit protection certificate and all the information about the scheme directly. When your tenancy ends, we’ll carry out a joint check-out inspection. Provided everything is in order, we’ll make sure your deposit is returned to you promptly.
